Objectives

NCR Agile User Group [NAUG] is a platform to propagate Agile software development methods in New Delhi region. NAUG encourages its members to share the best practices, knowledge and experience gathered during Agile software development projects. The platform is open to the software development professionals, students and academics interested in learning and adopting Agile software development methods.

What is Agile Software Development?

Waterfall methods of software development have failed to deliver the desired results. Agile movement has started to address the three decades old problems of software development. Several methods support Agile practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC). Common methods that support Agility in different phases of SDLC are Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum, Evo, DSDM, Feature Driven Development and Crystal. Domain Driven Design and Planguage are also important concepts to foster Agility in analysis and requirement specifications.

Discussion Group

NAUG members participate in Agile India Yahoo Group for various discussions. You can also become a member and contribute. This group is moderated by Agile Software Community of India.
